I will do it, as it is a well -presented book. Good Job. The book was okay, but access through Sam. The videos were very clear in that you can see step by step processes.
Just reading about the processes was boring, flat and a two dimensional process it was like seeing a movie in SD when you have an HDTV. Luckily this was a backup and I had access to the book online when needed. This is a great book for beginners learning Access. The teaching method they use in this book, and the others in the New Perspectives series, works very well for those who learn by doing. You go step-by-step learning concepts by working on real-world examples. The review exercise and other learning materials at the end of each chapter are also very useful.
I liked structured way it steps through the program features with practical projects. The color and side notes are helpful. I found it to be very accurate but would have liked a more detailed index. I needed this book for a class. The video tutorials my teacher provides have been much more helpful than the book.
